I agree that is a real issue, yet that by itself is the product of social criteria and profile of who can or can’t compete against who..!

people with testosterone have advantage over those who don’t.
Let’s keep in mind; testicular feminization syndrome is where the person has Y chromosome but absolutely no effective testosterone. (This will contradict the theory of Y chromosome)
In fact, ethically as physicians, it is not fair to label the person with testicular as make because the majority of the time they get diagnosed after marriage when the patient visits the doctor’s office floor infertility. These individuals have a vagina but no uterus or ovary. And they are phenotypically female.
