Thank you, Dr. Yildiz, for sharing this Piece. As I also commented on your earlier article on the Vitamin K Topic, Vitamin K2 is underappreciated among all nutrients. Still, research shows that it seems to have vast benefits. It’s found in fermented cheeses like Gouda and Brie, natto, a Japanese soybean dish, and even egg yolks. It is interesting how egg yolks had a bad reputation for causing cardiovascular problems but seem to protect the heart!
