In modern healthcare today, being successful is not just about positive clinical outcomes, it’s about being a leader who builds a relationship of deep meaning and long-term significance with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. A compelling narrative, teams, and stakeholder engagement help leaders drive Agile healthcare management, patient engagement, and value-based care model.

Healthcare executives must adapt to an approach that balances mutual interest — patients, providers, payers, regulators, and communities — and steer their organizations on a path of the shared vision of value and equity of care delivery based on principles delineated in How the Best CEOs build lasting stakeholder relationships.
